Locations - with emotion
Amanda Norman has a series of Graveyard images which I particularly like. I like the way she has used black and white. It adds to the mysterious effect. Amanda Norman inspired me to alter the colours in my own photographs for a similar effect.
The photographs taken by Amanda Norman which I particular like are shown below.
Location - Jonathan Metz
Location - structure
Whilst exploring structural photography, I stumbled across a photograph taken by Jonathan Metz. It is a very structural image of a view over a small village. I looked into Jonathan Metz and discovered a whole series of photographs based on structural photography. Below shows some of his images. They all photograph very different locations. Some are birds eye views, whilst others photograph a particular part of a location. However the structural aspects of each one makes them very interesting and relates them to each other.

Rural and Urban Environments - Mark Raymond Mason
Above are two of Mark Raymond Mason's Rural images. They are typical images of woodland which are throughout rural locations. He has also taken a number of images which are not typical photographs but they are representations of rural environments. Two of these are shown below
Mark Raymond Mason has also taken a series of images based on Urban environments. They are not typical Urban images but they do represent components of Urban locations.
These are shown below.
Locations - Urban Environments
I have always been interested in the contrasts between urban and rural environments so I have decided to photograph various locations in each environment. I love the busy atmosphere surrounding urban locations but photographing the peaceful countryside and calm rural environments was so inspiring.
My photographs of Urban locations are shown below. I have photographed these locations in the centre of London and Barcelona. I like the way the Rural and Urban environments are so different but both photograph well and have different sructures. However the architecture within Urban locations and landscapes that form Rural locations produce similar shapes which help make interesting comparisons between the two.
